Shipping policy

At eQiik, delivery is free to all of mainland Spain and mainland Portugal. Delivery to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira costs €59, and delivery to the rest of the European Union costs €95. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs formalities and import taxes are payable by the customer. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours. In mainland Spain, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the area; for other destinations, the estimated delivery time will be confirmed by email when your order is shipped, and you are welcome to ask us beforehand.

 

Pre-order products: if a product is sold as a pre-order (as stated on its product page and in the order), the estimated delivery is approximately 2 months from the order date. We will let you know when your order ships. If you change your mind before receiving it, we will refund you in full.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

 

We also offer an optional professional installation service (€290) carried out by our own technicians, available only in mainland Spain: removal and disposal of your old toilet, installation and commissioning. You can add it when you buy, or contact us for no-obligation information.

 

If your order arrives damaged or with any other issue, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve it promptly. Our customer care and technical service team is based in Spain and ready to help.
