A Japanese smart toilet (also called a Japanese toilet or bidet toilet) is a toilet with an integrated bidet and automatic functions: warm-water washing, air drying, a heated seat and a night light. eQiik offers it in two models, eQiik and eQiik Pro, with our own technical service in Spain and Portugal.

Delivery to the rest of the EU costs €95.

They have the same dimensions (68 × 42 × 49 cm) and the same features: warm-water washing, warm-air drying, heated seat, night light, remote control and automatic flush when you stand up. Only the lid is different: on the eQiik, the lid and seat close softly; on the eQiik Pro they open and close by themselves with a presence sensor, for hands-free use. Yes. Washing with warm water cleans more thoroughly and gently than paper, and you wash and dry without wiping.

Absolutely. Automatic washing and drying make intimate hygiene easier for older people and people with disabilities or reduced mobility, helping them stay independent. The eQiik Pro, with automatic opening, is even more convenient.

It sits on the floor like an ordinary toilet, with the floor outlet 20 or 21 cm from the wall (both models). It needs an earthed socket (220 V, Schuko type) on one side and a stopcock on the other, and comes with an installation kit. You'll find the exact measurements on the “Before installing” page. If you prefer, add optional professional installation (mainland Spain only).

Yes.
