How the eQiik Pro works

The animation is sped up: a real wash lasts about 90 seconds, drying about 3 minutes and nozzle self-cleaning about 60 seconds. Temperatures are approximate.

Before installing
How your bathroom needs to be set up
Both models are installed in the same place as your current toilet. You just need the waste outlet, stopcock and a socket ready. Show the diagram to your plumber and it'll be sorted in no time.
Floor outlet, 20 or 21 cm from the wall
Aligned with the centre line of the toilet. It's the standard measurement for a toilet with a floor outlet, and the eQiik and eQiik Pro accept both.
Stopcock on one side
20 cm above the floor and 25 cm from the centre line. Accessible, so you can turn off the water without moving the toilet.
Socket on the other side
20 cm above the floor and 25 cm from the centre line, opposite the stopcock. A standard 220 V earthed socket.
Left or right, it doesn't matter
You can put the stopcock on the left and the socket on the right, or the other way round. What matters is that they're one on each side.
Check your bathroom in a minute
Measure from the wall to the centre of your current toilet's waste outlet: if it's 20 or 21 cm, you're fine. And check there's room for 68 cm depth, 42 cm width and 49 cm height without hitting the door or any furniture.
Important: the stopcock and the socket must be one on each side of the toilet, in plain view. Never behind it or hidden, because otherwise you couldn't turn off the water or unplug it.

Delivery to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores and Madeira costs €59; for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs formalities and import taxes are paid by the customer. Delivery to the rest of the EU costs €95.
They have the same dimensions (68 × 42 × 49 cm) and the same features: warm-water washing, warm-air drying, heated seat, night light, remote control and automatic flush when you stand up. Only the lid is different: on the eQiik, the lid and seat close softly; on the eQiik Pro they open and close by themselves with a presence sensor, for hands-free use.
No, as long as your waste outlet is in the floor, 20 or 21 cm from the wall (this applies to both models). It replaces your current toilet. It also needs an earthed socket (220 V) on one side and the stopcock on the other. If you prefer, add professional installation (mainland Spain only).
Yes. Washing and drying at the touch of a button makes intimate hygiene easier for older people or those with reduced mobility and gives them more independence in the bathroom. On the eQiik, the lid comes down slowly with a soft close. On the eQiik Pro, the lid and seat open and close by themselves, without having to lift them by hand.
